OUR STORY On March 19, 2004, Alisa Michelle Wallendorf, a beautiful girl who
filled every space she entered an abundance of love, laughter, and
joy, died in a single car crash. She was 15. When we lost her, we
cried not only for ourselves, but also for a world that would no
longer have the pure joy and love that defined her. Alisa’s Angels Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation founded in memory of Alisa in April of 2005. We are committed to carrying on those things that were special about her – her love for children and her selfless caring for others. With this in our hearts, Alisa’s Angels provides scholarships for post high school education and training. Additionally, we support programs that help youth in need, are focused on service to others, and that help children grow in leadership and life skills. Even though she died at a young age, Alisa impacted many people of all ages through her endless love and selfless giving. |
